5 Steps To Getting The Most Out of your Beauty Sleep

Getting undressed is one of my favorite times of the day. When we come home from a long day at work, school, and running errands and just want to jump into bed. While, nighttime skincare routines are so important to maintain youth and beauty of our skin. As we sleep our body goes through various changes that relate to our skin, a natural process of beauty sleep.

The skin follows a natural circadian 24-hour cycle that is influenced by environmental factors, hormone levels, exposure to sunlight and nightly regrowth of skin cells. Our skin repairs on a cellular level when we sleep, and it is the best time to give your skin a little extra love, and clean.

Goldensita offers a wide range of the plant-based, organic, pure, and natural effective products that help guide your skin to its full potential at bedtime. For all the different types of skin, there are different approaches, but these 5 steps are vital in the nighttime routine.

Step 1:Wash Twice

It is so important to go to bed with a 100% entirely clean face. It means that if you were to take a white cloth and rub it from forehead behind ears and down to chest there would be nothing on the cloth. All your makeup, SPF, and oil has all been washed off. First wash with an oil based wash, to cleanse the top layer of your skin. I really enjoy ZO Obagi Gentle Cleanser. It is simple and is going to attach to the dirt, makeup and pollutants and wash off better. Then follow with one more wash of the same cleanser or another on you may like such as Zo Obagi exfoliating cleanser.

Step 2: Exfoliate
Follow up, with a exfoliator. The abundance of micro magnesium beads in the ZO Obagi Exfoliating polish is life changing. It helps to gently exfoliate, easing digestion and helping to shed away the dead and dehydrated skin cells. The magnesium beads lifts any impurities that have been settled deep into the skin, and surges them. It helps remove unwanted scars overtime, and result in bright skin. This prepares your skin for an absorbent palette for the next steps of your routine.
I often use Gua Sha Stone. This is a stone that helps rid the face up excess water and helps drain the lymphatic system. It sculp the cheek
Step 3: Toner
Owning a toner that is free of alcohol is very important. Toners are used to hydrate your skin, remove the impurities and level out pH imbalances. The Goldensitaa rosé water with apple cider vinegar is a beneficial toner. I used to struggle with acne, and rose water vinegar has played a large role in reviving my skin. The vinegar is a potent antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral substance that keeps the bodies bacteria at a healthy level and stops excess oil from building up. Witch hazel is another toner helpful toner to use when feeling a blemish coming up to the skin.
Step 3: Moisturizing
As your eyes rest during the hours of the night you will be in your home sleeping with the AC, Heat, or a fan on. It is inevitable that your skin becomes dry throughout the night. Sealing your face with a cooling humectant is important. This will help retain the moisture and make the skin look bright and plump in the morning. It is important to include these steps in the night routine as skin cells are busy renewing and repairing there self. Night creams before bed tend to be thicker in nourishment and dense in texture than the everyday cream! Try not to apply any night creams that have alcohol in them, alcohol will slow down the rejuvenation work your cells are pushing towards. The more aid we give our cells the easier there job will be in restoring the skin. Who doesn’t want eternal youth? Another amazing night moisturization is papaya. This fruit provides so much hydration and healthy fats for skin repair. Cut a small piece about 3 inches, and rub it all across your skin, and especially under your eyes. It smells, and feels amazing. I instantly feel my skin radiant brightness as the richness from the fruit soaks deep into my pores.

Step 5: Eye
Start off by taking your index fingers and gently push up at an angle on the skin underneath your eyes. Go completely around the eyes, up to the eyebrows. This skin is 40% thinner than the skin on the rest of your body. I love to give a little love massage to my body before sleep.
Goldensita makes an eyelash oil, that restores the lashes and the skin. It contains fatty nutrients, mixture of herbs oils that sink into the hair follicles and stimulates the growth. It is exceptional to soothe, firm, and revive. The ingredients  are hand pick specifically aid dark circles, diminish tiredness, and promote regrowth.
