ROSÉ WATER
Roses have been used since ancient times by the Persian Queens.
The rose flower was first used by the Romans as a medicinal
healing ingredient. The queen of
Egypt, Cleopatra, used rose water for beautifying qualities, regularly
bathing her face and body with authentic rose water, regarding it
as her beauty secret.

Incredibly Beautiful |
Rose
water is hydrating to tired skin and replenishes your skin cells. It soothes any skin irritation, and reduces redness. The antioxidants in the flower
helps to heal cuts, scars, and burns. Antioxidants in the water helps maintain
the skin's pH balance, and controls excess oil. It also contains skin lightening
properties. I enjoy using it as a daily toner! The astringent properties help
tighten the pours, preventing fine lines and wrinkles.
The aroma of roses is known to be a powerful mood
enhancer. It lifts my mood, when I do a spritz in the middle of a busy day.
Make a little ritual out of it, and put a intention behind each spray! It’s a perfect
way to raise your self-worth and let
yourself know you are loved !
I often add apple cider vinegar to my rose water.
The ACV help to fight off any bacteria which would leave to acne. Adding lemon juice, can also help lighten your skin
quicker.
It’s important to find pesticide free, organic farm grown roses,
so the chemicals do not absorb into your pours. It is often hard, but look online and the farmers market! It
is always best to shop local.
Create a environment filled with loving intentions and uplifting vibrations.
