Aging starts the moment we are born, and it is beautiful. Over time our hormones are changing and so is our hair. In my youth I experimented with what would make my hair look the most natural, but still well kept. I have hair like a lions main, and its important I find the right nutrients for my hair so as I age it will continue to grow into its long and healthy. Some woman struggle with genetics of hair loss, and are found balding, while others just have naturally thin hair. Hormones are always changing in woman because of stress and the environment around us. Hormone imbalances affects thickness, breakage, and thinning.

This is a hair mask will promote hair growth, and revive your hair of stolen nutrients from all the harmful products used. It can also help premature greying! You will see that each time your hair becomes healthier.

Mix in a bowl, the bhringaraj paste and coconut, castor or alma oil, with a few dashes of water for a thick paste. Cover the entire scalp with the mix. Be sure to massage the paste deep into the roots and ends of your hair to cover the in nutrients. Imagine each strand soaking up all the oils. Leave it on your hair wrapped up for 30 minutes or sleep with it in, and wake up and rinse.
